Let us help identify exactly what your environmental-sustainability needs are. This might be for your project or organisation (or both). Often we get a request for an environmental management plan or similar only to discover that’s not what is needed at all. Save time, money, sanity and get this step right first. Includes meetings and/or workshops.
PLAN
Based on the requirements identified, we then develop an action plan (or strategy, policy, roadmap, whatever you want to call it) and get to work outlining the steps towards the desired outcome. Includes planning documentation development in consultation with you based on objectives.
IMPLEMENT
Here is where we hand over the reins with on-going support if needed or roll up our sleeves and do the work ourselves. We handover of action plans and scheduling of progress meetings; or we will deliver your action plans and tasks accordingly.
